I had purchased a baby Eastern Painted Turtle from Tortoise Town last week. I had no idea what to expect. I was a bit nervous opening the box I received from UPS. My little girl was handled and packed with care. She was shipped fairly quickly from the date I placed the order. In all the excitement I realized I didn't get the turtle food / water conditioner I also ordered, however I had purchased both items with a "turtle kit" so didn't need them. When I finally realized this I contacted TT Customer Service and they refunded me a day later. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I hope my turtle lives for a very long time as she's such a great companion already!

I ordered an Eastern Hermann’s Tortoise Hatchling. He was ordered on a Thursday morning & arrived the next morning around 10:40AM! He arrived safe, and was very alert. Eating out of my hand not even twenty minutes later. (I would recommend doing more research on the foods that are good for this specific Tort) Drank good in his soak. Great new addition to our family. We are obsessed! Hoping to get an Indian Star soon! 🤩
